About Us

The Behaviour Lab is a practice development and behavioural consultancy grounded in applied experience across the health and disability sectors. Founded by Mia, an Advanced Positive Behaviour Support practitioner and Provisional Psychologist, the consultancy reflects over eight years of healthcare practice including four years within the NDIS, supporting organisations to enhance clinical governance, ethical practice, and workforce capability.

Mia has supported countless emerging businesses to develop behaviour-informed systems, refine documentation practices, and build sustainable frameworks aligned with evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support. Her work combines a strong academic and research-informed background with practical, real-world experience guiding teams through practice development, supervision, and organisational growth. Mia also supervises fourth-year psychology research students, reflecting a strong commitment to academic mentorship, critical thinking, and the development of evidence-informed practice. This work aligns closely with The Behaviour Lab’s focus on reflective supervision, applied behavioural science, and building the next generation of ethical practitioners.
