De-identified reports are reviewed using recognised behaviour support quality indicators, informed by Essential 10 principles and BSP-EQ frameworks with attention to clinical reasoning, risk of harm, rationale for RPs, proportionality, and evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support practice.
Written feedback is provided through a reflective, supervision-informed lens, offering clear recommendations to support improved documentation, stronger analytical thinking, and confident, ethically grounded practice.
